Ph.D. student Sergi Locubiche-Serra successfully completed his Ph.D. dissertation entitled "Robust Carrier Tracking Techniques for GNSS Receivers Affected by Ionospheric Scintillation" advised by Dr. Jose A. Lopez-Salcedo and Dr. Gonzalo Seco-Granados, on July 18, 2019.
